Measuring Your Feet

For us to create perfectly fitting shoes it is important that we have your correct measurements. Instructions for taking these are included below, you can also download a video demonstrating this the process through the downloads box on the right of your screen.

To successfully take the required measurements you will need 4 pieces of equipment:

  1. Your measurement sheet which can be downloaded here and printed out
  2. A pencil
  3. A ruler
  4. A tape measure

Step 1.

Place your heal on the sheet where indicated and mark a line with a ruler placed at 90 degrees
to the toe and heel.

Step 2.

Trace the whole way around the foot with your pencil.

Step 3.

Trace a line under the arch at 45 degrees.

Step 4.

Wrap your tape measure around the high point of the foot and mark this measurement on your sheet.

Step 5.

Wrap your tape measure around the foot just above the toes and mark this measurement on your sheet.

Step 6. (only required if you are ordering boots)

Using your tape measure take a measurement around the ankle bone and record this on your sheet.

Step 7. (only required if you are ordering boots)

Using your tape measure take a measurement just above the ankle bone and record this on your sheet.

Step 8.

Measure the long heel with foot pointed by wrapping the tape measure around the apex of the heel and back to the highest point of the instep.

Once all of these measurements have been recorded you’re done. Your measurement sheet can now be faxed to us on + 61 2 95686775 or sent by snail mail to:
